Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we maintain a strict returns policy. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you ordered the wrong size or change your mind after purchase, we may offer store credit or an exchange if the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original packaging and tags are included

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will offer an appropriate remedy which may include:

• replacement

• repair

• refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Please include:

• your order number

• photos of the issue

• a description of the problem

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• be unworn and unused

• be free of stains, odors, or damage

• include all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• worn items

• washed items

• items damaged by misuse

• final sale items

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5–10 business days.
